КОМЕРГ ГРУП ЕООД, в качеството си на краен получател по Договор за финансиране № BG-RRP-3.004-0258-C01, по Програмата за икономическа трансформация към Националния план за възстановяване и устойчивост, процедура чрез подбор BG-RRP-3.004 “Технологична модернизация“ е в изпълнение на проект:

„Технологична модернизация в предприятието“

Основната цел на проекта е повишаване на ефективността на производствените процеси, постигане на по-висока производителност, намаляване на производствените разходи и оптимизиране на производствената верига на КОМЕРГ ГРУП ЕООД.

Специфични цели:

Цифровизацията на производствените процеси;
Разширяване на производствения капацитет;
Ефикасност на производствените процеси и постигане на по-добра ресурсната ефикасност на производствените процеси;
Понижаване на себестойността за единица продукт, намаляване на производствените разходи и оптимизиране на производствената верига;
Постигане на пазарно предимство.

Постигането на целта се осъществява чрез изпълнението на дейност придобиване на нови технологии с акцент върху цифровизацията на производствените процеси, с оглед на разширяване на производствения капацитет. Основният инструмент, чрез който ще се реализира така обособената дейност е закупуването на нова високотехнологична CNC Машина за лазерно рязане – 1 бр.

Очакваният ефект от изпълнението на проектното предложение се изразява и във възстановяване на икономическия потенциал на предприятието от периода преди COVID пандемията и създаване на условия за растеж и развитие чрез цифровизация на производствените процеси, разширяване и разнообразяване на дейността. Крайният резултат от изпълнението на инвестицията и способите за постигането му са в пълно съответствие и с принципа за „ненанасяне на значителни вреди“ върху околната среда и допринасят за екологичния преход на страната.

Период на изпълнение: 10.04.2023 г. – 10.04.2024 г.

Обща стойност на проекта: 700 000.00 лева без ДДС, в това число 350 000.00 лева финансиране по линия на Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост.

Основната цел на проекта е да предостави целенасочена подкрепа на КОМЕРГ ГРУП ЕООД за възстановяване от икономическите последици от разпространението на пандемията от КОВИД-19 чрез подобряване на енергийната ефективност.

Очакваните резултати от подкрепата се изразяват в подобряване на енергийната ефективност, което от своя страна ще спомогне за преодоляване на икономическите последици от разпространението на пандемията от КОВИД-19, повишаване на конкурентоспособността и намаляване на енергоемкостта както на ниво предприятие, така и за икономиката като цяло.

as a beneficiary under a grant agreement #BG16RFOP002-6.002-0226-C01, under Operational Program "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, procedure BG16RFOP002-6.002 "Recovery of SMEs by improving energy efficiency" - Priority axis 6 "Recovery of SMEs" is in the implementation of a project:

"Restoring SMEs by improving energy efficiency"

The main goal of the project is to provide focused support for COMERG GROUP EOOD to recover from the economic consequences of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic by improving energy efficiency.

The expected results of the support are expressed in the improvement of energy efficiency, which, in turn, will help overcome the economic consequences of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, increase competitiveness and lower energy intensity both at the level of the enterprise and for the economy as a whole.

Implementation period: 16/09/2022 - 16/07/2023

Total value of the project: BGN 272,205.00, of which BGN 136,102.50 is European funding.

On 12.11.2021 the implementation of project BG16RFOP002-2.089-5250-C01 "Support for small enterprises with a turnover of over BGN 500,000 to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic" started. The grant amounts to BGN 50,000, of which BGN 42,500 is European funding and BGN 7,500 is national. The aim of the project is to provide operating capital for the company "Comerg Group", through which we will be able to more easily overcome the shortage of funds that occurred as a result of reduced revenues as a result of COVID-19. The project will last 3 months. The results we will achieve are related to the improvement of our liquidity and the provision of additional funds with which to continue to carry out our core business.

On September 29, 2020, started implementation of project BG16RFOP002-2.073-24889-C01 titled "Overcoming the lack of funds and the lack of liquidity, which occurred as a result of the epidemic outbreak of COVID-19". The grant amount received is BGN 10,000, of which BGN 8,500 is European and 1,500 is national co-financing. The aim of the project is to provide operating capital for "Comerg Group" Ltd., to be able to easily overcome the restrictions that occurred as a result of reduced revenues from COVID-19. The project will last for 3 months. The results are related to the improvement of liquidity and provision of additional funds to continue to carry out the core business.

Faster, Cheaper, and Higher Yield than its Carbon Dioxide Competitors

The new Low Pressure Extraction (LPE) technology, which COMERG calls Atomic, is not only significantly safer, but produces a higher yield, is faster to produce, and is less expensive than current carbon dioxide extraction machines. "Our new Low Pressure Extraction technology is a game-changer for the food, pharmacy and perfume industries because it can produce up to six times higher yield than the CO2 technology in one- sixth of the time, while process cost is only one-sixth of the cost of CO2 process," COMERG CEO Dr. George Stantchev said: "We're excited to introduce LPE and COMERG's Atomic at the Natural Products Expo West and invite everyone to visit our booth to see what we offer, both in regards to processing equipment and the naturals themselves." Atomic process combines two separate carbon dioxide processes into one while creating a significantly greater yield in a fraction of the time (for example a 3--50-minute cycle versus 300-minute cycle for a standard carbon dioxide process). Unlike the existing carbon dioxide industrial size machines, COMERG's Atomic LPE technology is also only a fraction of the cost.

How does LPE work?

Low Pressure Extraction combines novel extraction methods based on tetrafluoroethane (TFE). TFE has long been overlooked to extract a wide range of compounds since the industry adopted carbon dioxide and other methods. TFEs has very low boiling point and separates completely from the most volatile components of the extract, therefore leaves no residue in the end product. The extracts can be produced with high purity and on a large scale under extremely low cost. Since the critical pressures and temperatures are much lower than carbon dioxide, construction the LPE apparatus are significantly reducing CapEx and OpEx.
